About the platform

Hackularity is a hands-on pentesting learning platform. The labs are deliberately vulnerable, isolated applications built specifically for practice in a safe environment.

What's allowed

Exploit vulnerabilities ONLY in the labs provided, within the platform, for learning.

What's forbidden

• Attacking the platform itself and its infrastructure (everything outside the labs): servers, the network, other users, the account system
• Trying to break out of a lab container, reach the host, or access other people's data
• Malicious load (DoS), automated abuse, attempts to bypass limits
• Using the skills you gain against any systems without the explicit permission of their owner - unauthorized access is illegal

Your responsibility

Pentesting skills are for authorized and defensive purposes only (legal pentests, bug bounty, protecting your own systems). You alone are responsible for your actions outside the platform; we are not responsible for how you apply what you learn.

Account

Register with neutral details and do not share your access with others. We may suspend or delete an account for breaching these terms or for abuse.

Age

The platform is intended for people aged 16 and over.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Downtime, errors, or data loss are possible; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updates.
